Renovation of a communication facility in Elmwood, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
In general the work consists of construction of a new 220 foot high steel self supported communications tower to replace an existing 200 foot high guyed tower. Work also includes a chain link fenced compound expansion, LP fueled backup generator system, demolition of the existing guy towered, and other site and electrical improvements. The new tower shall be furnished and installed as part of this work including all associated hardware, foundation system, antenna mounts, line supports, ice bridges and grounding systems. The Contractor shall also install and align owner furnished antennas and lines. Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for: 5) Electrical.
