Site work for a water / sewer project in Elmwood, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Private lead water service lateral replacement for 86 homes. Various Locations in the Village - 4,115 LF of Copper or Poly Pipe - See Alternate Other Potential Items Related to the Project Concrete Sidewalk 4" Concrete Driveway 6" HMA, Driveway, 3" Home Floor or Wall Concrete Repair Restoration, Seed Misc. Plumbing Fittings The Work will be substantially completed, including a minimum of 20 LSLs, on or before December 15, 2021, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before December 31, 2021. Note: More than 20 LSLs can be completed in 2021, leaving the remainder for future WDNR LSL funding in 2022. The Work includes: a. Trenching, backfilling and compacting b. Remove/replace concrete sidewalk as required c. Surface restoration (turf, landscape, etc.) as required d. Install 1" copper water service e. Connections at curb stop valve and inside house at meter location f. Horizontal directional boring g. Remove/replace driveway as required
