Renovation of an educational facility in Edmonds, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
*Per Addendum 6, owner is withdrawing and cancelling invitation to bid and is not soliciting bids for this project at this time.* Edmonds School District No. 15 is requesting bids for Edmonds Elementary Roof Replacement Project, addressed to Devone Miles, Purchasing Department at the Edmonds School District No. 15, Educational Services Center, 20420 68th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036-7400. If any portion ofa proposal is received after the time indicated and date specified, the proposal will not be considered. The subject project is described in the Contract Documents and generally consists of Replacement of low slope roof at Edmonds Elementary School. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed fiirin (Bid Form, Section 00 41 00). The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional payment and performance bond(s), as prescribed in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any or no reason, to waive informalities and irreg-ularities, to reject. any bid not, conforming to the intent and purpose of the project documents, and to postpone the award of the Contract. for a period of time not greater than 30 days from the date bids are due. As of November 17 2020, this is under construction.
