Renovation of a multi-residential development in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites general contractors to submit sealed bids for the renovation of 20 bathrooms at the Senecal Apartments in Chicopee. DCAM certification is not required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.l49 44A-J and to state minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. No bids will be accepted after the stated time and date.
