The Aurora Reservoir Structure, Shelter, and Amenities project involves construction of a new boat rental area and a large shelter area. Construction shall begin immediately on the boat rental area after issuance of Notice to Proceed. A mandatory shutdown of all construction activities will be from May 27, 2022 through September 5, 2022. Construction may commence again on September 6, 2022. The estimated cost for this project is from $535,000.00 to $600,000.00 Construction is to include but is not limited to supply and installation of the following: o Surveying o Earthwork o Site Preparation o Erosion & Sedimentation Control, Slope Stabilization o Concrete Flatwork o Reinforced Concrete Retaining Walls and Ramps o Electrical and Lighting o Landscape Restoration o Door, Window and Trim installation o Standing Seam Roof System installation o Insulation, Drywall, Texture & Paint installation o COA will be responsible for the purchase and installation of structure and shelters to include applying for building review and permits. Selected contractor will be responsible coordinating installation and installation of finishes as noted above. Work not specifically called out for but is needed to accomplish a successful project under this contract should be considered as part of the work to be performed, whether specifically detailed or not.
