Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
1. Demolition and Sitework Kill the grass before laying road base material Level any areas needed for a smooth transition from existing road base lot to grass area Add 4 road base material and level out Compact area as needed. 2. General Requirements Provide temporary electricity and lighting for the job site as needed. Implement temporary protection at construction pathways. Maintain sanitary facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Conduct progress cleaning throughout the project. Perform final cleaning upon project completion. Project Schedule and Deliverables Work to be conducted during regular business hours (40-hour workweek). Final walkthrough and acceptance by CCA upon project completion. Community College of Aurora (CCA) is requesting quotes for the laying of road base material in approx. 38,000 sf of area. This will include 4" of road base material, leveling out areas that are rolling and a smooth transition from the existing road base lot to the new lot and killing of grass before commencing the project. Vendors must provide all materials, labor, permits, and necessary fees. Costs not included in the vendors quote will not be paid by CCA. Questions Due Date 22 May 2025
