Reference Number 0000390381 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 1 year extension options The City of Aurora, Facilities Operations Division, is soliciting pre-qualification proposals for disposable pleated filters and box air filters used in HVAC equipment and systems. Filter orders will occur on a quarterly basis (every (3) months) throughout a 12-month period and shall be delivered at two (2) separate delivery locations, over the term of the contract. Smaller individual filter orders may occur at any time during the contract period to include same day delivery or pick up at vendor location.
