The scope includes comprehensive design and installation tasks such as sizing, selecting, locating, and installing ducted fan coil units (FCUs) or in-room units. These units must be connected to existing chilled water, electrical, building automation, and other systems. The work may also require relocating or rerouting other building systems, performing firestopping, and similar tasks. The telecom rooms are located on various floors of an outpatient clinic building within a hospital campus. All work must comply with Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols, and any disruptive activities or utility shutdowns may need to be scheduled after hours.
