Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Aurora, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
RTD is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide construction services for the replacement of the Drivers Relief Station at RTD's Nine-Mile Location. For this Contract, RTD has specified a SBE goal of fifteen percent (15%) for the work to be performed. Completion time- 180 Calendar Days. Nine Mile Project Location: The project is located at the Southwest of Parker Road and I-225, 3195 South Parker Rd. and lies within the Unincorporated Arapahoe County. All permitting shall be through Arapahoe County. The Project scope consists of the removal of the existing Drivers Relief Station removal of foundation and concrete walkway, construction of a new Driver Relief Station, rerouting of utilities, replacement of concrete walkway. The contractor shall provide temporary toilet facility during the course of construction until the building has received a Certificate of Occupancy . The order of magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
