Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Northampton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of July 31, 2020, the anticipated start date is later this summer and be completed in the late spring of 2022. ** FY19-21 WWTP Upgrades Project consists of equipment upgrades and other improvements at the City's WWTP including: process upgrades to the headworks, aeration system, gravity thickeners, HVAC upgrades to the headworks, Control, and blower bldgs., site wide electrical upgrades, and associated plumbing, painting, masonry, demolition, and site work. Roofing and Flashing, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Plumbing, Heating, Venting and Air-Conditioning, Electrical Work, Masonry Work, Painting. Bids will only be accepted from General Bidders and sub-Bidders pre-qualified per M.G.L. c. 149, 44D1/2 and 44D3/4. A list of prequalified Bidders can be obtained via email from above contact. This Project is to be funded in part with monies made available by the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) and is to be funded in part by the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust. Estimated Cost $13,200,000. 4.20 percent D/MBE participation and 4.50 percent D/WBE participation
