**As of July 31, 2020, the project is anticipated to begin in late summer 2020 and be complete in the late spring of 2022.** FY19-21 WWTP Upgrades Project consists of equipment upgrades and other improvements at the City's WWTP including: process upgrades to the headworks, aeration system, gravity thickeners, HVAC upgrades to the headworks, Control, and blower bldgs., site wide electrical upgrades, and associated plumbing, painting, masonry, demolition, and site work.
