Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for the project includes the reconfiguration of the piping between the existing fire department connections and existing standpipes. Contractor is to disconnect, cut, abandon in place, paint gray exposed sections, and cap existing underground piping. Flange elbow pipe to be rotated 90 degrees and new schedule 10 installed above floor with flange adaptors. New pipe to be routed and painted. Specifications for piping is contained on project prints issued by Osborne Engineering. All questions regarding the RFq and requirements must be submitted in writing to JohnsonB@cmha.netprior to 4:00 pm on April 3, 2020, and will be answered as an addendum which will be posted to the CMHA websiteand/or delivered via email to those who attended the project site visit There is a 30% goal for hiring Section 3 residents on any contract resulting from this RFq. Any Section 3, MBE, or FBE qualified vendor should state specifically such status. Quotes from minority and female business enterprises are encouraged. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, to waive technicalities, and to accept any quote deemed to be in its best interest.
