**As of November 22 2021 Sterling Professional Group was awarded the contract at an amount of $371,018.80.** Project no: J201 60081.047 In general, the work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for construction of the following work: * Eight (8) private offices for manager level HR personnel * Two (2) private offices for manager level Security personnel * Two (2) private offices for manager level Audit personnel * Thirteen (13) cubicles for non-supervisory HR personnel * One (1) cubicle for non-supervisory Security personnel * Two (2) cubicles for non-supervisory Audit personnel * Two (2) workstations for HR interns and other temporary personnel * HR conference room with video conferencing capabilities * HR file storage area * HR material and equipment storage room * Building system upgrades including HVAC, tele/data, electrical power and fire suppression sprinkler systems * Refer to the contract documents and the Summary of work spec 01 11 00 for further description.
