Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Job Location: Building One - 326-332 Talbot Ave., Winnipeg, MB; Building Two - 334-342 Talbot Ave., Winnipeg, MB. This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection, and Government Services - Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an exterior retrofit, mechanical upgrades and site work project as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for exterior retrofit, mechanical upgrades and site work for two 2-storey townhouse style buildings that are made up of four 3-bedroom units and five 2-bedroom units. Deadline for questions is March 22, 2022 at 4:00 PM local time. Questions are to be submitted to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. No communication is to be directed to any other source. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
