Scope of Work:Provide field renovation services including clearing and grubbing, demolition of existing wood walls, removal of existing turf and irrigation; field improvements including drainage, minor grading, new irrigation and turf, fencing and netting, concrete retaining walls; accessibility improvements for ADA compliance; lighting control system modification; and other site furnishings, including ancillary work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. City may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids.
