Site work and paving for a civil project in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Beginning Tuesday, March 24th, City bid openings will be live streamed and no in-person meetings will be held. City bid openings may be viewed by accessing the link shown on the City of Bellinghams Procurement web page on the day and at the time of the scheduled bid opening. The improvement consists of: Overlay of Bill McDonald Parkway from 21st Street to Samish Way and Britton Road from Northshore to the City limits including hardscape removal and replacement, signal modifications, storm drainage pipe/structures and street marking. Price Range: $1,800,000 - $2,200,000 All proposals must be upon the Bid Proposal form provided by the City of Bellingham and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, cash, money order or bid bond payable to the Finance Director in an amount equal to or exceeding five percent (5%) of the total bid. No other form of bid security is acceptable. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to unfold and in light of CD C recommendations for social distancing, the City of Bellingham is changing its Public Bid Opening venue. The right is reserved to postpone making the award for a reasonable length of time, to reject any and all bids, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
