STEWART BUILDERS, Inc.is soliciting proposals from subcontractors and material suppliers on behalf of Brazosport ISD for the Brazoswood High School and Associated Projects Phase 3 - Main Campus, 302 Brazoswood Drive, Clute, TX 77531. Scope of work includes construction of a new High School Campus Facility to include but not limited to classrooms, labs, auditorium, library, cafeteria, offices, associated site utilities and MEP work, fencing, concrete paving, and sidewalks with a budget of approximately $83,747,000. All proposals shall remain valid for a minimum of thirty (30) days unless noted otherwise and will be evaluated based on best value for the district and schedule. The Owner and Construction Manager reserve the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the proposal process and to make the awards in the best interest of the Brazosport ISD. As of October 2020, construction is underway.
