Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Pete Livermore Sports Complex Parking Lot Reconstruction Project. The project includes pulverizing and reconstructing the asphalt parking lot, re-striping and re-shaping the drainage swale at the east side of the parking lot as shown on the plans. The parking lot will be closed to the public during construction. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. All contractors must comply with NRS 338.01165 for this project, unless a modification, waiver, or exemption applies. Bidders, their representatives, and all other interested persons may be present during the bid opening. A tabulation of the BID PROPOSAL will be available within 48 hours on electronically. Carson City has determined that the responsive bidder must possess a minimum of a Class A with appropriate sub-classifications or subcontractors. All Contractors license shall be in good standing and issued by the Nevada State Contractor's Board at the time of the bid. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be received a minimum of four (4) working days prior to bid opening. AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts Department.
