The Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required building permits and for providing documents sealed by a South Carolina Professional Engineer as necessary. It is anticipated that the contract award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if an award is made If the bidder fails to achieve the contract goal stated herein, he will be required to provide documentation demonstrating that he made a good faith effort.
