The City of Barnesville, Georgia will be receiving separate sealed Bids for all material, labor and equipment for the "2019 CDBG Water & Sewer Improvements". This includes approximately 2,622 L.F. of 6" PC 350 DIP & C900 DR 18 PVC Water Main, 1,200 L.F. 3/4 " DR 9 HDPE Water Service Line and 2,450 L.F. of Pre-Cleaning & CCTV, 1,750 L.F. CIPP & Pipe Bursting, 700 L.F. Gravity Sewer, 1,925 L.F. SDR 26 PVC Sewer Service, Point Repairs and 16 Manhole Inspections/Rehabilitations with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications. Bids shall be based on Unit Price Items. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 180 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract. This contract is funded by CDBG No. 19p-x-085-2-6047. This is a Section 3 Covered Project under the HUD Act of 1968 and Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. Each Bidder is required to submit a "Bid form", "Bid Bond", "Form of Qualification of Bidder", "Non-Collusion Affidavit" and "Immigration and Security Form" as outlined in Section 00250. The City of Barnesville reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, or to reject any or all bids and to readvertise.
