Site work and paving for a road / highway in Barnesville, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 5/31/22 project was not awarded and they are opening the project back up in the next few weeks. The City of Barnesville, Georgia will be receiving separate bids for all material, labor, and equipment for the 2021 Street Resurfacing Project. This includes an approximate total 0.98 miles of resurfacing on 4 different city streets that needs an asphalt overlay. Bids shall be on Unit Price Items but the contract will be awarded and executed on a Lump Sum Price. The project shall be Substantially Complete within 30 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed of the contract. All Bidders are required to pick up the bid documents and specifications from City Hall. No BIDDER may withdraw his bid within (30) days before the date of Bid opening. Each Bidder is required to submit a completed BID form. The bidder must also comply with the Federal S.A.V.E. and Everify Programs. The City of Barnesville reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids and to re-advertise.
