Description

Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a primary / secondary education facility.

The project includes all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the relocation of two modular buildings from Grant Wood Elementary and a modular building from Kirkwood Elementary in Coralville to Lemme Elementary in Iowa City. Work includes disassembly and transportation of modular classroom building units and restoration of existing site; installation of pier foundations, utility connections, erosion control, site grading, site restoration and other related work.
