Estimated Value:Between $3,600,000.00 and $4,000,000.00 The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate approximately 108,000 linear feet of deteriorated sewer pipes in the City and County of Denver using Cured in Place Pipe (CIPP) technology. CIPP methods of sewer pipe rehabilitation are cost effective and consistently allow significantly shorter construction time in comparison to open trench methods of construction. Since no excavation is required, utilities and traffic conflicts are minimized, thereby reducing citizen discomfort and complaints to a minimum. Most of the work will be located in City Council District 3 and 8, with a few pipes located in other districts including districts 5 and 9. Prequalification category: 1E(2) - Sewer Rehabilitation ($6,000,000). M/WBE 8%. The goals and timetables for minority and female participation, expressed in percentage terms for the contractors aggregate workforce in each trade are as follows: GOALS FOR MINORITY PARTICIPATION FOR EACH TRADE-21.7% - 23.5% GOALS FOR FEMALE PARTICIPATION -FOR EACH TRADE-6.9%
