Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
*As of June 15, 2021, construction is underway. NWCO and County of Denver is seeking a qualified contractor to provide overall management, preconstruction services, site management and control services, specific construction Work Order procurement services, removal, replacement and/or installation of temporary and permanent underground utilities, site excavation and backfill, bulk earthworks, temporary roads and parking areas, site remediation, permanent roads and sidewalk construction, bridge construction, rail relocation and construction, landscape/hardscape installation, and other similar site infrastructure work for several work locations on and/or near the National Western Center campus. *The National Western Center is a $1 billion, 2,200,000-square-foot redevelopment of Denver's Elyria Swansea neighborhood. Phase 1 and 2 will cost $762 million of the $1 billion budget.
