The Denver Housing Authority is requesting that all interested parties submit a formal, sealed bid/proposal for the specified solicitation: RFP-21-001 - 13th Ave Realignment Construction Minority owned women, small and Section 3 Businesses are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Please ensure that you read the entire solicitation document, provide a detailed response to all evaluation criteria listed in the solicitation, complete all fillable areas of the included forms and follow all listed proposal preparation instructions. All DHA offices are closed to the public until further notice due to precautions taken with regards to COVID19. DHA is only receiving RFP responses by submission requirements listed in Section D of the RFP. No electronic or hand deliveries allowed. WRITTEN QUESTIONS DUE: March 3, 2021 at 4:00pm DHA is under contract with the City and County of Denver (the City) to implement the design and construction of right of way improvements financed through the Elevate Denver Bond program and is soliciting offers to construct: 1. Improvements along W. 13th Avenue from Decatur Street to the W. 13th Avenue bridge over the Platte River, 2. Improvement of Bryant Street from West 13th Avenue to West 11th Avenue, 3. Improvements on West Holden Place from Decatur Street to Bryant Street, 4. Streetscape improvements on West Holden Place from Federal Avenue to Decatur Street, 5. Improvements to align the intersection at Decatur Street and West Holden Place, and 6. Water and sanitary utilities, stormwater drainage infrastructure, water quality, green infrastructure, and landscaping associated with the construction of items (1)-(5) above. Target date of substantial completion is October 2022
