Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kilgore, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
Estimated budget is anywhere from $2.5M to $5M. There are two bid packages included in this advertisement: 1. Major work will consist of removal of the existing Kilgore College pedestrian bridge structures and all items related to the structures. The work also includes construction of new pedestrian bridge structures and all items related to the structures. 2. Major work will consist of the removal of the existing Kilgore College pedestrian bridge structures and all items related to the structures only. Construction of the proposed bridge is excluded. Kilgore College reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids. FUNDING Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from Kilgore Collage funding source to the work under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS.
