This project is for Replacement of Existing Irrigation System at Sutro Heights Park, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, CA a. This project is a 100% total small business set-aside. NAICS: 221310, Water Supply and Irrigation Systems, the small business size standard is $30.0 million. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a single award firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 10 calendar days of notice to proceed. d. IAW FAR 36.204(d), the magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. e.
