Renovation of an educational facility in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project converts the existing interior doors, currently equipped with Millennium card readers, to AMAG. Project consists of, but is not limited to the replacement of existing Marlok System with an AMAG Access Control System; work includes replacement of door hardware, replacement of cabling, new electronics and programming, and additional pathways. Some additional doors are being added to the system to secure sensitive areas. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of the University of Iowa at Adler Journalism and Mass Communication Building, 104 West Washington, Iowa City, IA. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated April 14, 2020. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned.
