Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mitchellville, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

Design and construction of a pre-engineered wooden pole-bam type structure including balance of construction elements such as utilities, concrete placement, demolition and salvage at the Metro Park East Landfill. The pole bam structure will measure a nominal 120’x80’ with 6 overhead doors, stoops, and interior office. All questions (RFI's proposed substitution etc.) are to be submitted to Ben Hayes (Formation Group) no later than May 8th, 2020 by 12:00 PM.
