Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Mitchellville, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility.
Request for proposal (RFP) for the design and construction of improvements and an expansion to a pre-engineered wooden pole-barn type structure; including balance of construction elements such as drainage features, utilities, concrete placement, fire protection, demolition and salvage at the Metro Park East Landfill. The existing 11-bay pole barn structure measuring a nominal 209'x80' with 22 overhead roll-up doors, 4 man doors, stoops, and interior fire riser closet will receive an expansion containing 3 additional bays on the east side of the building with aggregate surfacing, stoops, overhead doors, man doors, and utilities including fire suppression, mechanical, and electrical. Improvements to the westernmost 3 bays include foundations, new overhead doors, a full-height partition wall, insulation, concrete pavement surfacing, heating and space conditioning, and utility improvements associated with electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression.
