Work on the project specific to water main improvements along 6th Street NW and NE 112th Street (also referred to as Cotton Avenue NW) shall be completed by November 17, 2023. All remaining work on the project including final surface restoration shall be completed by May 31, 2024. The City of Mitchellville, hereinafter called the "Jurisdiction", has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements: CDBG WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT n PHASE 3 Construct CDBG Water Distribution System Replacement n Phase 3 including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct approximately 12,530 linear feet of 8-inch to 10-inch water main, hydrants, valves, service reconnections, connections to existing system, surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. The work shall commence upon written Notice to Proceed.
