Remodeling and renovation of an office development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the expansion of an office development.

Guilford County Facilities seeks proposals from individuals or firms interested in providing services for the Up-Fit of the Third Floor of the BB&T Building on the Guilford County owned site The contractor is to provide all required labor, tools, material and equipment for the up-fit. Work includes but is not limited to: Up-Fit of approximately 1,000 sf. HVAC work for this project will include reworking existing distribution. Electrical work for this project will include new power distribution and lighting. The Building will remain occupied during construction Submit Bids for BB&T Third Floor Up-Fit Phase 2 in a sealed envelope containing one (1) original Document 00300-FORM OF PROPOSAL, with all required attachments.
