Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,000-square-foot medical facility; for the addition of a 18,000-square-foot medical facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
Construct Addition and Renovate Bldg. 60. All work shall be completed in accordance with the attached specifications and drawings. Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical work, electrical work, plumbing work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Reference Specifications for a more detailed description of this requirement. VAAR Magnitude of Construction: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. QUESTIONS Cut off - August 23, 2024 at 12:00 PM (ET).
