Renovation of a stadium in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Without limiting the project scope, which is described in detail in the Contract Documents, the Work involves the supply and installation of all components necessary for the removal and replacement of the existing worn out rubber, VCT and ceramic tile flooring at Meadowvale Four Rinks with new rubber flooring. Work includes replacement of the flooring in the main hallway, lounge and washrooms (male, female, and universal). Please refer to the attached drawings for all areas included in the scope of work. Note that moving work/temporary removal of benches etc. as required for the flooring installation is within the Contractor's scope of work, except for the vending machines (to be coordinated by the facility). All existing floor mounted toilets and floor mounted toilet partitions shall also be removed prior to the installation of new flooring, and shall be re-installed afterwards (all plumbing work to be completed by a licensed plumber). There are existing floor drains in the washrooms, and the new flooring shall be cut and installed around these drains.
