The Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board invites bids from Prequalified Architects Category A only for the purpose of acquiring Architectural Services for Renovations and Alteration various locations throughout the Board, to a single project total or combined project total value range from $0.01 to $4,999,999.99 ($0 - 5M). Projects are expected to consists primarily of mechanical/electrical renovation/retrofits. TIMELINE: Request for submission for Architectural Services from the Vendor of Record list has been awarded. The intent of the Board is to create an Architectural Services Vendor pool for the distribution of projects consisting of a minimum of 3 low qualified bids. Projects will be issued to the awarded vendors directly depending on the amount of projects at any given time the Board wishes to execute over the duration of the contract term.
