Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lombard, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed work is officially known as the HIGHLAND AVENUE SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT and further described as a sewer project. The work to be performed consists of PCC sidewalk, curb and gutter, concrete and asphalt pavement removal asphalt paving and patching, storm sewer separation, earth excavation, adjustment of drainage structures and water main, parkway restoration and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as shown and described herein. The successful Bidder shall furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bonds, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract sum (collectively the “Bonds”).
