Only bidders who participate in the conference in its entirety will be allowed to bid on the Project as prime contractors. Contractor bidding on this project and Subcontractors performing any portion of the Work must register with the California Department of Industrial Relations ("DIR") and comply with the requirements of Senate Bill 854. Prevailing Wage: The Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with California Labor Code 1773 requiring payment of general prevailing rates. Bid Security Required: 10% of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal in the form of Bid Bond, Cash, or Certified or Cashier's Check. License Requirements: The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B License General Contractors Contract Duration: 30 days The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of any bid and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.
