Install Title 24 Cool Roof Reflective Coating Bid Security Required: 10% of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal in the form of Bid Bond, Cash, or Certified or Cashier s Check. Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total contract amount, are required, and all bonds must be issued by a California admitted surety as defined in California Code of Civil Procedure 995.120. License Requirements: The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor s license at the time of submission of the Bid: License C-39, Roofing Contractor. Contract Duration: 60 days Project Estimate: $935,000 The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of any bid and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.
