Prevailing Wage: The Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with California Labor Code 1720 et seq. requiring payment of general prevailing rates. Contract Duration: 70 days. Project Estimate: $200,000 A. The Project consists of Barrier Removal of Parking Lot 1, Cypress College, for North Orange County Community College District, in compliance with the Contract Documents and Code requirements. the project consists of the upgrade of existing accessible parking stalls located at parking lot 1 B. The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment,services, and incidentals necessary for Work of Barrier Removal - Parking Lot 1, 9200 Valley View Street, Cypress, California 90630. Contract Time - (70) calendar days Question Deadline 03/16/2023 at 11:59 PM PT Each request for clarification shall be electronically submitted in writing via the NOCCCD PlanetBids Vendor Portal.
