As of January 19, 2022, a design team and a construction manager have been identified. A timeline for construction has not been determined. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ........... From qualified firms interested in providing pre-construction services associated with the preparation of a facility master plan, and subsequent site development and building design/construction plans and specifications, for the Southwest 28th Street Park. The selected firm will assist the architectural design team with construction practices and procedures, cost estimate preparation, construction time estimates, design and construction drawings, and associated documents. Services under this request are for pre-construction services only at this time; and may include, in accordance with Arkansas State Law and the City of Bentonville Purchasing Policy, subsequent construction phase services. The awarded firm will be required to enter into a binding contract with the City, and shall furnish a Performance and Payment Bond upon time of signing any awarded contract pertaining to this solicitation.
