The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is requesting Letters of Interest or Resumes and Statements of Qualifications from properly qualified, licensed and experienced professionals to provide construction management services to the City for the 8TH Street Park Project for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department. Services will include pre-construction services only initially and may include subsequent construction phase services, according to the City's best interest. In accordance with 14-58-1001, the City of Bentonville intends to receive written proposals from selected qualified and experienced entities whom submit a Letter of Interest or Resume and Statement of Qualification to this request. Submissions to this request should only consist of a Letter of Interest or Resume and Statement of Qualifications and shall not include any proposal/ cost information at this time. The awarded firm will be required to enter into a binding contract with the City and furnish a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full value of the contract.
