As of May 26, 2021, construction is anticipated to commence June 1, 2021. A general contractor has been selected. The following Trade Contract Bid Packages will be bid at this time: 1. Demolition 2. Electrical A 5% Bid Bond or Cashier's Check is required on trade contract bids in excess of $50,000 and material purchase order contract bids in excess of $100,000. Trade Contract Bids must include the cost of Performance Bond and Payment Bond. Successful Trade Contract bidders will be required to furnish the Performance Bond and Payment Bond on Baldwin and Shell standard bond forms without alteration. Material Purchase Order Contracts in excess of $100,000 must include the cost of a Supply Bond.
