Site work and paving for a road / highway in Searcy, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
White County is now accepting sealed bids for a two-inch asphalt hotmix overlay for resurfacing the following road in White County Arkansas. Work shall be twenty feet wide with gates at driveways running out at one to two feet. A tact coat must be applied before resurfacing. Successful bidder must use a 28,000 lb. vibrating roller or equivalent to ensure proper compaction. Price shall include mobilization and must be quoted in a per ton price, include an estimated amount of materials to be used and a total project cost. The bidder shall include all leveling costs for each section. Fairview Road-beginning at the right of way at Highway 13 running north for approximately 9/10th of a mile through the intersection of Johnston Road. McDoniel Road-from Highway 11 to the intersection of Fletcher Ellis. Scroggins Road-from Highway 167 west to the intersection of Babb Road. White County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal which best meets the needs of White County.
