Develop a neighborhood park on several acres of land adjacent to Saratoga Creek, near the intersection of Lawrence Expressway and Mitty, which is currently owned by the County and within the City of San Jose. Acquire the land, annex the land, design and construct the park. As of December 7, 2022, the city has completed three conceptual design alternatives for this project. A conceptual design that includes information from the city's outreach attempts will be presented to city council for adoption in early 2023.
