Q & A deadline: Oct 14, 2021 6:00:00 PM EDT Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) is pleased to announce the opportunity for interested parties to provide bids for the development and construction of a domestic spring located on the Saratoga Gap Open Space Preserve. A property management representative will be present from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon on October 26, 2021 to receive last minute bid packages. The bid will include the furnishing of all labor, materials and services required for the following designated scope of work: Install Spring Box, install water line, bring water line under Stevens Creek Road and obtain appropriate permits for construction in the roadway from Santa Clara County Roads. License Required General A License required The Saratoga Gap Spring Box Development and Construction project is to rebuild and upgrade the spring box and waterline system damaged in the 2017 storm that provided domestic water to the Orchard House (16891 Stevens Canyon Rd. Cupertino, Ca 95014) as well as the neighboring property at 16890 Stevens Canyon Rd. Cupertino, CA 95014. All attendees participating in any pre-bid activities must certify by written acknowledgement with the District, that they have certified COVID-19 protocols in place with Santa Clara County and that they will adhere to them during all pre-bid activities.
