Renovation of a mixed-use development in White, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
All inquiries should be addressed in writing to Mr. Albert Zielke, Purchasing Specialist, Bartow County School System at albert.zielkebartow.klz.ga.us. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Interested parties are invited to attend. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bids are opened. Submitted Proposals shall include the completed signed Bid Form (along with the Security & Immigration Compliance Form) and the Bid Bond. Bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid is required and must be submitted with the bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of bid security. No personal checks, cashiers checks, certified checks or cash will be accepted in lieu of the bid bond. Performance and payment bonds amounting to 100 percent of the contract sum will be required. All bonds shall be written by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, listed on the Federal Register and acceptable to the owner. Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
