Classification Code Y - Construction of Structures and facilities Set Aside: N/A NAICS Code: 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The USPFO for CA intends to issue intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to perform and complete an upgraded and expanded controlled area to provide controlled operations to combatant commanders. This effort is directed by the enterprise to standardize the configuration of operations floor and server equipment used at every operational base. The project increases the size of the controlled area, repairs the roof, upgrades seismic, ATFP and Fire Protection inside the Squadron Operations bldg. The construction includes raised server room flooring, replaces the HVAC system and provides temporary administrative space via temporary trailers while the construction is in progress. This project is for the 163d Attack Wing located at March ARB, CA. Magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Construction/contract completion time is 365 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220. The small business size standard is $39.5 million. This action is being procured on and Unrestricted basis. The HUBZone preference IAW FAR 19.1307 applies. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be required if the offeror is a large business and must be submitted with the offer.
