Contractor agrees to provide potable water testing services for 10 facilities (16 water sources) at Contractors certified testing laboratory. Location of Services: Inland Deserts Region Facilities (Region 6) License Required: ELAP and/or NELAP Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders.
