Site work for a water / sewer project in Cleveland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The construction cost is estimated to be below $50K. The Project consists of the installation of 288 L.F. of 8 dia. sewer main. The allotted time for construction is to be 90 consecutive calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. All questions should be directed to Sam Dyer. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry.
