AS of June 16, 2021, the project has been awarded to Murray Construction for $115,737.20. Electric Division will be accepting sealed bids for the following work: Site preparation / excavation for construction of Lang Street Substation, located at 1655 Forrest Avenue NE, Cleveland, TN 37311 Bidders must furnish proof of a minimum of $1,000,000 insurance for bodily injury, property damage and Workmans Compensation before bid will be awarded. Please identify as Bid No. EO041921-1 in the lower left corner of the envelope. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to waive all formalities and informalities in any bid received, to reject any and all bids for any reason whatsoever and to accept any bid which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Cleveland Utilities.
